The room cost is $98 (exclusive of taxes). You are responsible for paying all your hotel charges including room cost, telephone, room service, mini-bar, etc. in full at check-out. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If you plan to pay in cash, the hotel requires room and tax in full plus $50 deposit for incidentals per day. Please be aware of this substantial upfront payment if you plan to pay by cash.

Mini in-room refrigerators are available upon request for an additional charge of $7/day. You may request a refrigerator on the hotel room reservation section of the SOTA registration form.

Room Reservations
Hotel room reservations will be made for you. The cut-off date to guarantee your hotel reservation is February 5, 2003 at the $98/night rate.

Airport Transfers
The Radisson Deauville Resort is approximately 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport.

You are responsible for transportation to and from the airport and the hotel. The Resort does NOT provide airport transfers. Taxis from the airport to the Resort should cost approximately $25 each way. Super Shuttle van service is also available from the airport for $12/person each way. (Super Shuttle reservations can be made by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN or 1-800-258-3826.)

Per Diem

Per the course agenda, participants are responsible for meals. There are a variety of restaurants and a grocery store near the hotel.
