Cancellation/Changes
Any cancellation or changes to your room reservation must be made by contacting the hotel directly. You are responsible for any charges or other penalties resulting from cancellations or changes made after May 8, 2009.

Room Rates and Included Services
The rate for a single room (one person) is US$ 153, including taxes. This amount is the maximum allowed per diem. Please note any special needs when making reservations. The room rates include daily breakfast and access to the Club Lounge, providing the privilege of snacks, drinks, free wireless Internet, and the Club Lounge Office.

Each meeting participant is responsible for his or her own hotel charges, including the guest room cost, telephone and fax charges, room service, mini-bar expenses, and Internet fees.

Meals
The workshop meeting program includes lunch (Monday through Friday), an opening reception with light fare, and a group dinner. You are responsible for appropriate deductions when submitting your travel voucher.

The current USG rate for M&IE is US$81/day. As Monday through Thursday will include lunch at the meeting, participants may claim for Dinner and Incidentals only at a maximum of US$49.

Amenities
The hotel is a full-service property offering comfortable accommodations, a restaurant, health and fitness, and business center services.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 pm (1400hrs) and Check-out time is 12:00 pm (1200hrs). The hotel accepts major credit cards, cash, and travelers’ checks (presented with valid passport). Hotel guests without a major credit card may be asked to leave a deposit for incidental fees that will be refunded at check-out if unused.
