The Europe and Eurasia Social Transition and Health Teams are proud to introduce the 2007 E&E Investing in People Workshop.

This workshop provides USAID technical staff an opportunity to share the best practices and approaches to most effectively address the future challenges of disease, social transition, reform, and declining budgets in the E&E region. The workshop aims to increase participant knowledge of scientific issues and current programming trends in the IIP Program Area; capture current best practices for Investing in People programming in the E&E region; promote discussions and site visits to share program experiences and build working relationships among field staff; update managers on current and emerging Agency policies, strategies, and processes; and examine and facilitate ongoing communications among Missions and with Washington.
