
Hotel room reservations will be made for you. The cut-off date to guarantee your hotel room reservation is September 7, 2007.
Any cancellation or changes to your room reservation after September 29, 2007, will result in a cost to you and/or your Mission, and you are responsible for those penalties. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a room will be available if you register after September 7, 2007. If a room is available, you will be charged the full, nongovernmental rate.
The price of the rooms per night is approximately US$205, including taxes. If you have special needs, please make a note in your registration. The rate also includes full American breakfast Monday through Thursday mornings. If participants arrive before Sunday or stay beyond Thursday, they will be responsible for the cost of their meals. You are responsible for hotel charges including room cost, telephone, room service, mini-bar, wireless Internet, etc.
Check-out: The hotel accepts major credit cards, travelers checks, and cash. Hotel guests might be requested to leave a deposit for incidental fees that will be refunded at check-out if unused.
Brunches and lunches will be covered by the workshop. For dinner, you may visit the hotel restaurant or one of many restaurants in the city. You are responsible for appropriate meal deductions when submitting your travel orders. Please refer to Federal Regulations.
