Room Reservations:

Hotel room reservations will be made for you. The cut-off date to guarantee your hotel reservation is Friday, April 30, 2004.

Any cancellation or changes to your room reservation after April 30, 2004 will result in a cost to you and/or your Mission and you are responsible for those penalties. Please note that we can not guarantee that a room will be available if you register AFTER April 30. If a room is available, you will be charged the full rate.

The room cost is $140 for a single occupancy room and $150 for a double occupancy room; these are including a 20% VAT and 6% local taxes. This rate also includes a c ontinental breakfast. You are responsible for paying all your hotel charges including room cost, telephone, room service, mini-bar, etc. in full at checkout. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers Checks and Cash.

Since continental breakfasts are included, we have also negotiated that breaks and lunches will be taken care of as well at the Workshop. For dinners there is one restaurant in the hotel and several restaurants in the city to choose from. However, you are responsible for making the appropriate meal deductions when submitting your travel orders. Please refer to Federal Travel Regulation.

Airport Transfers:

The Sheraton Tirana Hotel & Towers is approximately 30 minutes in non-rush traffic and 60 minutes in rush hour traffic, from the Rina's Airport.

By registering through this web site or by fax will guarantee your transfers to and from Rina's Airport. In the event you did not register or you have changed your arrival and departure times without advising phnsota@phnip.com, you will be responsible for getting to the Hotel on your own and at your own cost.
