
Hotel room reservations will be made for you after you register for the ANE SOTA. The cut-off date to guarantee your hotel room reservation is Friday, February 8, 2008.
Cancellation/Changes
Any cancellation or changes to your room reservation after February 18, 2008, may result in a cost to you and/or your Mission, and you are responsible for those penalties. After February 18, we cannot guarantee that a room will be available to you at the special meeting rate.
Room Rates and Included Services
The guest room rate per night is approximately US$146, including taxes (within the U.S. per diem). Please note any special needs in your registration. The room rate includes complimentary daily buffet breakfast at one of the hotel’s restaurants and complimentary use of the gym facilities and sauna. Each meeting participant is responsible for his or her own hotel charges, including the guest room cost, telephone and fax charges, room service, mini-bar expenses, and Internet fees.
Meals
The SOTA meeting program includes lunch (Monday through Friday), an opening reception with light fare, and a group dinner. You are responsible for appropriate deductions when submitting your travel voucher. Please refer to the Federal Regulations at http://aoprals.state.gov/.
Amenities
The headquarters hotel is a full-service property with several restaurants, a 24-hour business center, fitness center and spa, room service, and concierge service. It is conveniently located near a Skytrain station and close to the business and entertainment districts.
Check-out
The hotel accepts major credit cards, cash, and travelers’ checks. Hotel guests without a major credit card may be asked to leave a deposit for incidental fees that will be refunded at check-out if unused.
