*Note on location for the 2001 SOTA:
Although New Delhi was not among the sites we asked you to rate, we think it will be an excellent location for logistical, cost and site-visit considerations. The ANE Bureau suggested that we hold the SOTA in a location where we have a large PHN presence. That way, the host PHN staff will be able to attend without travel and per diem expenses. We are very grateful to Vic Barbiero, PHN Chief in Delhi and his Mission Director, Walter North, for agreeing to host the event.
