Room Rates and Included Services
The negotiated guest room rate for workshop participants is USD120 per night, including all taxes and service charges. The room rate includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant.
Hotel Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time at the hotel is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 12 p.m. The hotel accepts major credit cards and cash. Hotel guests without a credit card may be asked to leave a deposit for incidental fees, which will be refunded at check-out if unused.
Most participants will arrive on October 4 and depart on October 8. The hotel provides ground transportation to and from the Siem Reap Airport. The fare ranges from USD7–20, depending on the type of vehicle and the number of passengers.
Meals
A buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant is included in your guest room rate. The Workshop program includes morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch (Monday–Wednesday). You are responsible for appropriate deductions when completing your travel voucher. View information on the Federal regulations for meal deductions.
Federal Government Per Diem Rates for Cambodia
The Federal Government guidelines for per diem rates allow USD170 for lodging in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and USD81 for meals and incidental expenses (M&IE). The total per diem allotment is USD251.
Electronics/AC Adaptor Use
The voltage is 220v. Guests should make sure their electronic devices have the necessary transformers/adapters to accommodate the voltage. Most, if not all, laptops purchased in the United States have AC adapters, and will accommodate 110 and 220 voltage. Note: Cell phones are often the electronic devices that are most frequently “blown” as a result of failure to account for the voltage differences.

Visa Information
A valid passport and a Cambodian visa are required. Tourist and business visas are valid for one month, beginning on the date of entry into Cambodia. Cambodia also offers online visa processing.
Visas may also be obtained in person at the Cambodian Embassy, located at 4530 16th Street NW, Washington, DC 20011, tel. 202-726-7742, fax 202-726-8381, and at the airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and at all major border crossings.
Any method of obtaining a Cambodian visa requires a passport-sized photograph and a passport that is valid for at least six months after the date of entry into Cambodia. A
departure tax is charged on all domestic and international flights. This tax must be paid in
U.S. dollars.
